Sennheiser’s latest XS WIRELESS 2 series features true diversity receiver with metal housing as well as easy-to-use scanning and synchronization functions. Up to 12 systems can operate simultaneously, making it ideal for installations, churches, touring rigs, DJs, bands and more.
XS Wireless 1 and XS Wireless 2 sets will be fully compatible with each other, and with prior XS Wireless sets, provided the frequency ranges match. Customers can start with XS Wireless 1, and then step up to XS Wireless 2 for greater control as their needs expand.
Components are fully compatible across series, so an XS Wireless 1 system can be upgraded to XS Wireless 2 simply by purchasing a new EM-XSW 2 receiver.
Please note the GA 1-XSW 2 rackmount kit that ships in XS Wireless 2 sets is not compatible with original XS Wireless or XS Wireless 1 receivers.
