Power-on Play and Repeat Mode
The unique Power-on Play feature allows the BD-MP1 to start playing desired content immediately on power up, without having to engage the Play feature first. With Repeat Mode set to "on," content will automatically start, loop and play continuously until power is turned off.
Panel Lock for Secure Operation
Panel lock, IR and tray lock functions prevent accidental or user-error operation or alteration of pre-set controls in commercial installations, helping ensure consistent and reliable performance in any installation.
Hide Menu Function for Elegant Power Up Display Sequence
The monitor display can be set to show a black screen during start up rather than the manufacturer's standard factory setup and source select menus, creating an elegant and non-distracting visual start-up environment each time the system is turned on.

Dolby Atmos/Dolby Surround Upmixing
By adding an external amplifier, the 9.2ch AV receiver can be expanded to decode 11ch to drive the 7.2.4ch configuration of Dolby Atmos. You can reproduce object-oriented sound in smooth, curving movements, or the realistic three-dimensional movement overhead by the top speakers. Other audio codecs such as PCM and DSD can be upmixed using Dolby Surround for enjoying 3D surround sound.
DTS:X/DTS Neural:X Upmixing
DTS:X is the next-generation audio codec from DTS that leverages object-based audio to enable new immersive and interactive audio experiences. By adding an external amplifier, the 9.2ch AV receiver can be expanded to decode 11ch for driving a 7.2.4ch surround system. Advanced MCACC Auto Room Tuning featuring Auto Phase Control Plus
Advanced MCACC adjusts the sound according to the listening room and speakers, and also creates clearer sound by suppressing the standing waves that occur between walls or ceiling and floor. Measurement of up to nine positions can be saved for a wide listening area. Auto Phase Control Plus makes real-time analysis of the phase difference, and automatically compensates the gap between the LFE and main signals, providing strong bass and clear high-frequency sound.
Works with SONOS
By connecting the VSX-LX504 to Sonos Connect, you can play any music or audio source on your Sonos app. You can group the VSX-LX504 with other Sonos devices on the network, or use it independently. The AV receiver will automatically turn on and switch input as soon as you play music on your Sonos app.
Powered Zone 2/Zone 3
With the powered feature, the VSX-LX504 can directly drive speakers in other rooms, without the need for a separate amplifier. What's more, the dedicated DAC for Zone 2 lets you listen to all digital audio sources.
Zone B Output for Wireless Headphones

Mechanical Ground Concept
The A-S1200 adopts a Mechanical Ground Concept, inherited from both the A-S2200 and A-S3200. The concept begins with the bolts of the feet welded directly to the main chassis, followed with the large heat sink, power transformer and block capacitors also directly bolted to the chassis. Through this design, unwanted vibration is avoided, achieving expressive and rhythmic bass, presenting the 'Groove' of the music to the listener.

The BASH amplification solution
At their heart is a brand new BASH Tracking Amplifier delivering 80 Watts per channel into either 4 or 8 ohm speakers. This new amplifier uses a modulated switched mode power supply allied to a conventional class AB amplifier. Switching at more than 400,000 times per second, the supply tracks the incoming audio signal to ensure that the Class AB amplifier gets only the voltage necessary (with a little headroom) to cope with today's dynamic movie and music content, thus maximizing the efficiency and potential of the amplifier.
