The UltraStudio 4K Extreme 3 lets you connect Thunderbolt 3 computers to any video equipment. Connect to the Thunderbolt 3 port for video and audio connections compatible with SD, HD, Ultra HD, and 4K DCI formats up to 60 frames per second. Use the UltraStudio 4K Extreme 3 to build high performance edit workstations, archive from old broadcast decks, output broadcast graphics, and live stream.
Connect and work with the equipment of your choice. SDI in and out, HDMI out, and balanced analog input provide high quality connections to just about any equipment you could want to work with. An extra HDMI input and balanced analog audio out connect for in-studio audio monitoring use. Larger design than the Mini UltraStudios lets the UltraStudio 4 Extreme fit 4 channel analog audio via XLR connections, 2 channels of AES/EBU digital audio, and dedicated timecode connections. Video reference for sync playback to broadcast systems and RS-422 remote are included. The UltraStudio 4K Extreme 3 can feed SDI fill and key from RGB graphics from your computer to a live production switcher for high quality live broadcast graphics keying.
12G-SDI technology brings the most powerful video capture and playback solution at high speeds. Speed supports work of Ultra HD and 4K 60p over one BNC cable. Multi rate 12G-SDI connections provide greater compatibility, working with existing SD and HD equipment and newer Ultra HD formats up to 2160p60.
With the UltraStudio 4K Extreme 3, you’re not locked into a single format. Popular compressed video formats and 10-bit uncompressed video are both supported. Images in uncompressed video are a perfect pixel-for-pixel clone of the source without any loss of quality.

Low latency and highly accurate time synchronization provide the highest possible quality capture and playback. Blackmagic Design’s ATEM production switcher series create stunning multi camera live production. ATEM switches between SD, HD, or Ultra HD video standards so your live production can use cameras, disk records, slide shows from computers, and more video sources. Features include chroma key, creative transitions, media pool, downstream keyers, audio mixer, multi view, and more. With a machined aluminum front panel and multi voltage power supplies, ATEM live production switchers can power live production needs at live concerts, sporting events, theater productions, and conferences around the world.
The ATEM 2 M/E has 20 6G-SDI inputs that allow embedded audio mixing and can be used on sources without genlock, such as laptops. Two balanced XLR audio inputs can connect to professional mixers, and a HiFi audio input can connect to an iPod. Sixteen video outputs can be used with any TV or monitor to connect with LED screens, projectors, disk recorders, and broadcast decks. Monitor up to 16 cameras simultaneously with the two independent multi view outputs. An independent aux output can feed big screens on stage, and pairs excellently with SmartScope Duo 4K for tech monitoring.
Let your creative expression take the lead with the ATEM 2 M/E. Creative transitions can be used in all resolutions, and the transition type, pattern, and length are customizable. The ATEM 2 M/E also has animated stingers and DVE transitions. Powerful digital video effects processor gives you the ability to position, resize, rotate, and scale live video in real time. Built in chroma, luminance, linear and pattern keyers, and two independent downstream keyers all come standard.
Add multi box compositions quickly and easily with SuperSource’s separate 5 layer switcher. SuperSource can be assigned to any ATEM video input, so you can produce multi camera interviews or picture in picture while the M/Es, keyers, and DVE are available for other uses. Compositions from SuperSource can be saved and automatically recalled.
Recall saved sequences with dual media players and HyperDeck SSD recorders. Dual media players support popular image formats for downloading still frames and graphics for keying. Set up and automatically start complex sequences with power macros. These macros are saved as XML files for instant recall and can even be copied to use on another switcher. For other pre-recorded sequences, connect up to four HyperDeck SSD recorders to the ATEM switcher.
Software control panel can be used on Mac or Windows computers. This included software panel offers a full visual switcher control panel and parameter palettes. For greater control access, add an ATEM advanced panel.

Smart Videohub 40x40 offers a revolutionary routing process. Mixed format router has built-in video monitoring and spin knob router control. The largest of the standard Smart Videohub series, it is still compact at a two rack unit size.
You get an extremely convenient routing process with visual routing. Router connections are shown as video on the LCD screen while you spin the knob to select your routing. Built-in monitor also displays crosspoint connection labels and TV formats. Visual routing makes the routing process faster than ever.
Monitor all the live video connected to the Smart Videohub 40x40 from the LCD screen. LCD supports video in nearly all TV formats, eliminating the need for a separate external monitor. Monitoring from the Videohub is helpful to confirm the correct video inputs are being sent to the correct video outputs.
6G-SDI connections work with standard frame rate Ultra HD video while keeping full compatibility with SD and HD-SDI equipment. You get the quality of SDI video connections with the flexibility to work in any television format, and 4:2:2 or 4:4:4 color sampling.

The ATEM Camera Control panel uses traditional broadcast style controls and adjustments in a compact design so one person can monitor and adjust technical parameters such as black levels, gain, color balance, shutter speed, and more. With this control panel, there are four separate LCD displays and control sections for control of up to four different URSA Broadcast, URSA Mini, Blackmagic Studio or Blackmagic Micro Studio cameras. Control layout is familiar and logical for fast and easy operation by operators of all levels. This control panel is meant to be portable, so does not need to be bolted down.
Quickly adapt to changes in the scene with the top section of controls. Top section controls include white balance, master gain, bars, and shutter speed. You can save and recall presets with the load scenes function. RGB controls in the center section allow you to adjust the individual red, green and blue levels in blacks and whites when you need to compensate for unwanted color. The bottom section is dedicated to lens and iris controls, a joystick to adjust iris and master black. There are buttons for talkback with the operator, panel lock, and a number indicator for preview and on air status.
